The Project RECOVER, co-funded by the European Union’s Justice Programme, aims to improve the implementation of Regulation 1805/2018 (REG) on the mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders. This Regulation is a key instrument for promoting cooperation in the fight against organised and economic crime.

During the conference, we will discuss the first-year results of the project with academic researchers, experts and representatives from European public authorities.
