The European Parliament has awarded to Transcrime the study on: The Added Value of EU Legislation in the area of Legal Migration Policy and Law
This study will support a European Added Value Assessment (EAVA) to accompany a Legislative Own-Initiative Report (INL) from the European Parliament’s LIBE Committee in the area of Legal Migration Policy and Law. It will provide inputs for the EAVA action aiming to identify and assess the potential individual and societal impacts of possible EU actions that can be taken in the area of Legal Migration Policy and Law.
