This report covers all the activities regarding the project Study on “Extortion Racketeering – The need for an instrument to combat activities of Organised Crime” awarded by the European Commission (Contract No.JLS/2008/D2/002).
The study aims at assessing the magnitude of the problem of extortion racketeering across european member states as well as whether and how this phenomenon should be tackled.
