Project Recover aims at improving the implementation of the Regulation no. 1805/2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing and confiscation orders in the fight against organized crime.
The project will not only create the first impact assessment on this regulation, but it will also create a network of Prosecutors, Judicial and Asset Recovery Offices (ARO) in ten differente member states. In addition, it will develop a comprehensive database on best practices, guidelines and suggestions to improve the implementation of european procedures.
