This study aims at supporting the evaluation and impact assessment of the EU Directive 2011/93 of 13th December 2011 on combating the sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of children and child pornography and the impact assessment of the possible options for its amendment.
Transcrime will take care of the comparative legislative analysis, checking the correct transposition of the Directive, writing of the related part in the interim and final report, and will participate in any interviews and/or feedback and contributions on further parts of the study.
