Thirty years have passed since Professor Ernesto Savona, together with four students, founded the Transcrime research centre at the University of Trento, creating a space for the design and development of innovative solutions to the transnational development of crime.<\/p>\n
Since then, Transcrime has grown rapidly, thanks to the multidisciplinary nature of our approach and the variety of skills and backgrounds that come together in our team: criminology, sociology, statistics, law, economics and computer science. Today, more than thirty people work at Transcrime, which has become an inter-university centre of the Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, the University of Bologna and the University of Perugia.<\/p>\n
