{"id":31692,"date":"2024-06-10T10:00:39","date_gmt":"2024-06-10T08:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.transcrime.it\/?post_type=pubblicazioni&#038;p=31692"},"modified":"2025-06-09T11:06:11","modified_gmt":"2025-06-09T09:06:11","slug":"la-valutazione-e-gestione-del-rischio-terze-parti-in-italia","status":"publish","type":"pubblicazioni","link":"https:\/\/www.transcrime.it\/en\/publications\/la-valutazione-e-gestione-del-rischio-terze-parti-in-italia\/","title":{"rendered":"Third Party Risk Management in Italy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The study &#8220;<strong>Third Party Risk Management in Italy: Current State and Future Vision<\/strong>&#8221; is the result of a collaboration between <a href=\"https:\/\/lab4compliance.com\/\">Lab4Compliance<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crimetech.it\/\">Crime&amp;tech<\/a> &#8211; spin-off company of Transcrime, Research Centre of the Universit\u00e0 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipa.it\/dipartimenti\/dems\/struttura-00001\/\">DEMS<\/a> Department of the University of Palermo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The aim of the study is to address a key issue for compliance and security officers in corporations, banks and public administrations: the assessment, management and prevention of third party risks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In particular, the study aims to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide an overview of the main areas of legislation that directly and indirectly regulate the TPRM;<\/li>\n<li>Understand the current TPRM practices of Italian companies and banks, identifying the main risks and the most recurring types of controls on suppliers, sub-contractors, partners, customers;<\/li>\n<li>Analyse the tools and databases most frequently used by Italian operators for TPRM;<\/li>\n<li>Discuss critical issues, challenges and future opportunities in third-party risk assessment and management;<\/li>\n<li>Elaborate a set of recommendations for future action in this area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Current State and Future Vision<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":31686,"menu_order":0,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"area_pubblicazioni":[],"elementi_comuni":[],"archivio_annuale_pubblicazioni":[513],"class_list":["post-31692","pubblicazioni","type-pubblicazioni","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","archivio_annuale_pubblicazioni-2024-en"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
